How does pricing work?

As of right now, the Property Seeker (investor, buyer, etc.) sets the price that they are willing to pay to the Property Peeker (specialist, photographer, etc.).

Is there a service fee?

Yes, there is a 15% service fee for each transaction.

When will Property Peek be available on the Google Play store?

Someone who earns money by checking out properties for property seekers.

What is a Property Seeker?

Someone that finds and pays reputable people near their properties to view and take pictures of them while they are away.

Why am I required to enter my social security number during the sign-up process?

As part of continuous efforts to improve the security of our platform, we have implemented an identity verification process to help ensure that you are you. This is standard practice for similar business models.

What does “experience letter” mean in the sign up process?

Experience letter can be anything similar to a resume or document referencing any professional experience you have. Real estate experience is encouraged, but not required.

How long does it take to get paid after completing a service request?

The property seeker submits payment to complete the request. The property peeker’s funds will be available for withdrawal in 2 business days. We use Stripe to distribute so funds, so once the withdrawal is initiated, funds should be in your account within 3 - 5 business days.
